Get Agent Callback Task Managers

GET 
/v1/agents/:agent_id/callback-task-managers

Returns the live amoCRM/Kommo/Bitrix24 managers available for the agent's product together with the manager_key used in callback_task_config and the resolved callback_tasks_enabled flag. If manager_callback_tasks_enabled is empty, every returned manager is enabled; once the map is populated, only managers with a true flag remain assignable.
