Change Dialogue State

/v1/dialogues/:dialogue_id/change-state

Moves the dialogue to a specific state-tree node (new_state_node_id), which must belong to the dialogue's agent and be active. The system nodes that only the platform's own flows enter (attempted, started) are rejected with 400. The move and the node's actions run in the background; the endpoint returns 202 Accepted immediately. Optionally attribute the move to a message via message_id.
